The Closet Surfers, started in 1992. The band has opened for Dick Dale, The Sufaries. The music has been featured on H3O TV, MTV's Surf Girl and NBC Dark Skies. The band is heavily influenced by Bruce Brown and the Sandals from the Endless Summer Surf Films.

Rich Sumner plays drums, keyboards and produced the 3 of the albums. Rich has played with other groups as a freelance artist including Oingo Boingo.
Rich is also a Graphic design and Media Services.
He owns and operates Surfwaremedia.com and Shortstacks.com.

Larry Treadwell on guitar. Larry is an accomplished writer as well a player. He was one of the original "Lost Toy People" while working with Thomas Dolby. Larry's album credits include Dolby's "Alien Ate My Buick".http://www.larrytreadwell.com

BobbyD is a veteran LA bass player and singer. Bob has played on many albums and was one of the original members of the Sumner (not Rich Sumner) band in the 80s.

Matt Bissonette performed on most of the cds as a bass player. Here produced and played on Go-Swami-Go (his nick name). Matt has played with the top artists in the country, including Ringo Starr, David Lee Roth and JoeSatriani. His brother Gregg is also one of the most diverse drummers you will ever see. Gregg played drums on the Endless Summer II Soundtrack.

Rich plays drums and keyboards on all the CDs, but for the live shows he plays keyboards. So, the band has been lucky enough to have a few great musicians play the live gigs including: Johnny Vatos and John Avila from Oingo Boingo and Food For Feet, Sergio Gonzalez, Dave Marks, Berleigh Drummond (Tin Drum) and Sinclair Lott.
